This is how Paige described her and Carter in her initial email to me, and after meeting them... man did she hit the nail on the head. Then she said she'd be getting married in a red dress AND that they're getting married in an old-theater-turned-swanky-restaurant?! OH HELLS YES. SIGN ME UP GIRL. SO glad they decided to put their trust in me. Here's a few of my favorite from their engagement session in & around the Gulch in downtown Nashville.
P.S. sorry the songs a little sappy for such a happy session, but I couldn't *not* use a Jason Isbell song since Paige and I also share an obsession with him.

It's no secret here that backyard weddings are a personal favorite. Forgoing the traditional (and expensive) Nashville wedding venues and opting instead for a more personal wedding is just the way to go sometimes. Intimate gatherings like this just lend themselves more towards what truly at the heart of a wedding, and that is a celebration of your love amongst your most beloved friends and family.
